• I am writing to compliment on the excellent service rendered by your staff Ailin this evening. After our meals, my spouse and I agreed that we made the right choice in picking Empire State over Swensen's. Ailin has a pleasant personality, is polite and provides outstanding customer service. She checked on us regularly to see if we needed extra water and if the food quality was appropriate for our liking. She also asked us if we needed any other desserts after we had finished our meals. On the whole, we had an enjoyable and awesome dining service thanks to the good service provided by your employee. We had thanked her personally on the spot but we would like to keep you informed of the wonderful employee under your wings. We will definitely visit this outlet again. Helmed by Chef Kok Wah, who boasts over 10 years of experience in Western cuisine, you can expect a variety of dishes in hearty portions and at reasonable prices. Begin your meal with the thick and creamy Clam Chowder Soup that comes with generous chunks of mussels and clams and a slight cheesy flavour, or the aromatic Mushroom Soup that’s made from shiitake mushrooms. Then, move on to the mains. We recommend the tender and juicy Empire State BBQ Pork Ribs that comes with a garden salad, fries and a sweet homemade sauce, or the succulent Grilled Salmon with Thermidor Sauce. The salmon also has a smoked option upon request. Prefer pizzas and pastas? Its Meat Lover’s Pizza offers a mix of pepperoni, spicy Italian sausages and ham atop a thick, crispy crust. Another must-try includes its Chilli Crab Pasta that comes with liberal amounts of crab meat, squid, and dressed in a spicy chilli crab sauce.
